240 St. Paul occupies a premium mid-block site along the east side of St Paul Street in the Cherry Creek neighborhood. The exterior has a strong masonry and glass base which transitions to all glass curtain wall above the third level. There are six stories and 65,000sf of office space on floors 2-6. The ground floor has a public lobby and 12,000sf of retail. The buildings south wall borders a stepped landscaped court shared with 210 St. Paul next door.
