Denizen is a 275 unit apartment living community. It was the first element of the redevelopment master plan for Broadway Marketplace to be constructed. The Alameda light rail stop is steps from the community park. Amenities include covered parking, fitness gym, business lounge, and barbecue deck. The retail space faces the RTD plaza at the southern end of the building.
