highline village

Highline Village is a 22 Unit townhome project bordering the Highline Canal in Aurora, Colorado. This project completed the second phase of the overall master plan. The first phase was completed in 1985. The units are 3 levels above grade and are 1450sf each. The Design of the units is extremely well planned, and they live much larger than their 16-foot width. The first floor houses entry/kitchen, dining, living, and a half bath. The second floor has the master bedroom, laundry, linen, HVAC, and tech area. The third floor has two bedrooms. HVAC is located on the second floor for the most efficient distribution runs.
