Inn at cherry creek

Inn at Cherry Creek (ICC) is a new vision remodel and addition to the existing Inn at Cherry Creek. The project will become a social club in the Cherry Creek neighborhood of Denver. ICC has a combination of program elements new to the city. Boutique hotel, with 63 luxurious rooms, ground floor resturant, lounge bar, marketplace, rooftop pool, and an indoor bar. Parking is below grade in the garage. Construction is anticipated to start mid April, 2019 and last 16 months.
