Milwaukee Place

The Milwaukee PlaceBuilding is in Cherry Creek mid-block along the east side at 242 Milwaukee Street. The exterior is a dark masonry, metal, and glass composition which merges with an intersecting curtainwall and metal cube on the north side. There are seven stories and 90,000sf of office space on floors 2-7. The ground floor has a public lobby and 10,000sf of retail. The buildings north wall opens to a stepped landscaped court ideal for use in Denver’s climate.
