It has 3 and 4 story building components which are oriented and aligned with the street grid surrounding the site. They are separated by a multi-level courtyard plaza. There is 10,00sf of retail which fronts the plazas, Broadway, University, and Pleasant Streets. The main level features a living room with check in/bar, games lounge, seating areas next to covered outdoor patios with fire pits, an exercise gym, and meeting rooms. The upper floors contain guest rooms. The Spa Terrace is on the third level.
