The Clayton has a combination of program elements new to Denver. Ground floor social area and public restaurant/bar. Second floor members restaurant and bar, social and conference rooms. Boutique hotel with 63 luxurious rooms. Rooftop exterior pool and indoor bar/restaurant. Parking is below grade in the garage. The project opened in 2021.
