The Fillmore Building

The Fillmore Building is on a premium mid-block site along the westside of Fillmore Street in Cherry Creek. The exterior is a dark masonry and glass grid which merges with an intersecting curtainwall cube on the north side. There are seven stories and 90,000sf of office space on floors 2-7. The ground floor has a public lobby and 10,000sf of retail. The buildings north wall opens to a stepped landscaped court ideal for use in Denver’s climate.
